is a 5000 year old ancient variety of wheat also known as emmer or diccocum wheat. Chemical-free Khapli Grains are sun-dried and are separated from their Husks using the traditional method of Winnowing. These Natural & Healthy grains are then converted into Flours in 'Stone-Chakkis' using ancient method of grinding.
The significant fiber content in emmer wheat flour makes this flour especially suitable if you are on a diet as the fiber swells in your stomach, making you feel full more quickly and helping you to eat less.
Khapli wheat has complex carbs that can boost your immunity. It is thus, a great grain for children, adults and senior citizens.
Gluten molecule is weak in khapli wheat and is thus suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
Khapli wheat has the ability to lower bad cholesterol and is this good for heart patients.
