Our A2 ghee is made from pure-bred, highest quality milk of Gir cows, we use the traditional ‘Bilona Process’, which keeps the process heat at a minimum and preserves maximum nutrients. First, the milk is set aside to naturally curdle. Then, the curd and water are gently hand-churned until the nutritional fat rises to the top. It is then slow cooked to perfection with patience. There is no involvement of any chemicals. We use the same Bilona method, in a modern setting, machines mimicking the slow process, additionally making sure it's even more hygienic.
