Kesar is a mango cultivar grown at the foothills of Girnar. It is named after its bright saffron-coloured pulp. It is said to have been named as Kesar by the erstwhile Nawab Of Junagadh who blurted out “this is Kesar” when he looked at the bright orange pulp. Kesar is known to be irresistibly sweet, juicy and delicious and is very popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat. These are grown at Green Avocado Partners farm.
This season, every harvest lot of this farm has been outstanding so far.

It is 30 Acres land - 1800+ Mango Plantation and 2500 Guava Plantation, natural farming for 8yrs. Farming techniques: Purely natural farming through natural fertilizers Neem oil, Neem powder, Drava Jeevamrutham made of Cow Dung, Urine, Manure, Jaggery. Water to be stopped 10-15 days before Mango harvesting to augment Mango sweetness.
