An amazing diversity of indigenous wheat varieties have been evolved by farmers through their indigenous innovation and knowledge over millenia.Try this once and you may never go back to your regular atta again. This is grown naturally by Sudheer Patel. You may find it more coarse-grained than the fine grained atta you find in supermarkets.
About Sudheer Patel:
He has been following natural farming for the past 4 years in his 17 acres of land. For pest control he has been using Agniastra, Neemastra and Dashparni Ark. For soil nourishment he has been using Jeevamrut and Ghanajeevamrut.
As a young farmer, he stands tall in a sector that is begging for more ethical, humane and sensible ways of farming. He is committed in his journey of protecting our ancient and natural seed varieties.
