About Brewcha and Mathew Paulson

Brewcha was founded by Mathew Paulson, a young entrepreneur with a passion for health and wellness. Mathew's journey into the world of kombucha began with his desire to make healthier choices. Frustrated with beverages that were either too sugary or offered little in terms of health benefits, Mathew started brewing kombucha as a nutritious alternative.

In Mathew's own words:
"My love for kombucha came from a desire to make healthy choices. Most of the beverages I consumed either had too much sugar or few health benefits. I started brewing kombucha as a healthy beverage to enjoy with my meal. It aided in my digestion & helped reduce bloating. It soon became my go-to mixer as the fermented sugars did not spike up my sugar levels while drinking, unlike added sugars. Over the weekends, I started brewing kombucha and flavoured it with different fruits, herbs, and botanicals."

After moving to India, Mathew's passion for kombucha only grew stronger. Disappointed with the options available locally, he began brewing kombucha at home for his family. His father's love for carbonated beverages led Mathew to create a healthy alternative that quickly became a hit among friends and family. What started as a weekend hobby soon transformed into Brewcha, a full-fledged kombucha brewery committed to offering healthy and delicious beverages to everyone.
