A social scientist with a passion on value additions has a special expertise in Millets cooking. Having conducted more than 200 Healthy millets cooking workshops across India, Dr. Anuradha trains entrepreneurs in food industry. She has developed products and protocols for value additions in Groundnut, Tamarind, Lemon, Pulses, Rice, Wheat, Mangoes and Grapes.
2. Dr. Sheshagiri Gubbi. M.Sc (agri), Ph.D.
Basically an Agricultural Biotechnologist has passionately developed procedures to systematically reduce chemicals in farming. An expert in Technologies scouting, adaptations and usages Dr. Sheshagiri Gubbi has established a Technological business platform Beond splash (Beond - Solutions for Plant and Soil health) to train young entrepreneurs in Bio, organic inputs production and marketing; Farm/Corporate consultations; market linkages of healthy and quality food in more than 15 food crops including Rice, wheat , groundnut, pulses, mangoes, grapes....etc.
Beond splash has established a productive farmers network with a contant focus on Rainfed and dry land farming systems with high potential to establish eco-friendly environments.
