These oval shaped sunset yellow beauties are rich sources of antioxidants, dietary fibre and contain a range of vitamins! This is regarded as the best tasting variety of passion fruit and is usually sweeter than the other varieties. A must try, if you haven’t tried it as yet!
We are bringing naturally grown chemical free passion fruits grown by Mr. Vincent at his farm at Mananthavady near Wayanad. The farmer has grown these plants on poles with nets. Farmyard manure and jeevamrutha have been used for nutrition management. For pest control, only pheromone traps were used. Also mixed varieties were planted in the same orchard for better fruiting and better pest resistance.
This variety has a good shelf life - they would easily stay for 1-2 weeks if stored in a cool and dry place.This variety of passionfruit is best for eating directly instead of juicing.
