Butter Masala Gravy Paste - Homemade - 250 Gm

Relish Delhi's favourite Butter Masala Gravy at home with our recipe mix. Enjoy the beloved taste of this North Indian classic! Can be Cook With Chicken, Mutton, Vegies, Panner and Mushroom.
Ingredients: Tomato, onion, oil, cashew nut, tomato ketchup, ghee, sugar, salt, ginger garlic paste, cardamon, kasturi methi, k.chilli powder, and chili powder
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and soak 250gms of basmati rice for 20-30 minutes
Add 250gms of biryani paste to a pressure cooker and cook on low heat for a minute. Add your desired amount of protein.( Chicken, Mutton, Mushroom, vegetables apprax.300 to 500gms) add mix with the paste for two minute
Mix water and soaked rice in a 2:1 ratio. Ensure the salt is correct. Close the lid with a weight and cook 2 to 3 whistle, depending on the quality of the rice and meat.
Once the pressure is released, add 2 table spoons of ghee and garnish some coriander leaves, fried onion and serves hot.
