Kair (Capparis decidua) - This is a wild berry which grows on the shrubs in the Thar (Rajasthan). These are processed using fresh ingredients and are high on nutrition scale. These are still harvested in very small quantities by the indigenous people of rural western part of Thar Desert, Rajasthan, best part of this is non cultivated and irrigated crops, nothing external other than what is available from nature.

Three friends with diverse backgrounds - a banker, environmentalist and agronomist came together with a dream to grow healthy chemical free fruits in the great Indian Thar Desert. The arid environment of Thar desert is ideal for the cultivation of Medjool dates, they also have Pomegranates. The drip irrigation is completely powered by solar energy. They are using compost manures made out of grass fed goat and sheep's waste.
