Berryland Blue No.1 is a blueberry variety cultivated by Indian farmers, specially adapted for tropical and subtropical climates. This evergreen, disease-resistant plant grows to a height of 5-6 feet and produces firm, dark blue berries with a medium-to-large size, low acidity, and sweet taste. Flowering and ripening are spread over 4-6 months, yielding 2-5 kg per plant. With a long shelf life, it is suitable for both fresh markets and processing.

For soil nourishment he has been using cow dung and goat droppings. For pest control he is using neem oil, sour buttermilk sprays. He is also working with natural farmers in his region helping them to get market access.
