'Mallika'
mango is the result of cross breeding of the Indian mango varieties Neelam and Dasheri. The variety was introduced by Dr. Anand Singh. It has a pleasant and rich flavour, which tastes sweet with mild tartness. These are also very good for making juices and shakes because the pulp is super juicy.
They are currently using organic fertilizers and pesticides such as : vermi compost, cattle manure, neem derivatives, jeevamritha etc for cultivation of side mangoes and other agri produce.
About the Farmer:
Rakshit works in IT and is also involved in farming along with his father. They've been practicing natural farming & cultivating produce like shunthi ginger, jackfruits even mangoes as well.
