Kutch Kesar Mango - Organic - 10 Kg

Kesar is a mango cultivar originally grown at the foothills of Girnar. It is named after its bright saffron-coloured pulp. It is said to have been named as Kesar by the erstwhile Nawab Of Junagadh who blurted out “this is Kesar” when he looked at the bright orange pulp. Kesar is known to be irresistibly sweet, juicy and delicious and is very popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
In Gujarat Kesar is broadly cultivated in Gir and Kutch regions. These mangoes are brought to you from the orchards of Kishor Pasad.
Fruits delivered will be in raw to semi-ripe stage. The fruit turns soft and slight yellowish when ripe - you can press gently to judge ripeness. When ripe, you can store them in the fridge.

Kishor Pasad has been practicing cow based farming in his 15 acres of land ever since they started farming. He has a goshala of 38 cows in the same farm. He grows pomegranates and mangoes along with dates in his land. His farm is certified under NPOP organic certification.
