Haleem or Aliv are garden cress seeds loaded with many health benefits and nutritional qualities. These seeds fall under the category of 'functional foods', that promote overall health and well-being while keeping diseases at bay, apart from providing nutrition.
It can be used to make aliv laddoos with ghee, coconut and jaggery and have it as midday meal. You can also have it at bedtime by mixing a small pinch of it in milk.
1. Halim seeds are high in protein, Vitamin A, folate, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. Halim is credited for aiding in regulating menstrual cycles and its rich folate content is invaluable for expectant mothers.

Dhruvdhaanya Agro Farm is based in Antur-Bentur in northern part of Karnataka which is around 40 kms from Hubli. We manage around 50 acres of land and majority of land consist of fertile black soil.
We specializes in cultivating Red Chilli, Wheat, Cotton, Oil seeds, Millets and Pulses. The black soil is also called as Regur. This is specialized soil type because of its nature to be more moisture retentiveness and high clay content. This soil contains many natural essential nutrients like Calcium, Potassium, Iron and Magnesium along with some content of humus as well and also the black soil develops deep crack during hot weather helping in proper aeration of the soil. All these things help in proper crop development.
At Dhruvdhaanya farm we believe in natures own processes and all our products are naturally grown using all traditional farming techniques, we do not use any chemical fertilizers and pesticides for our crop development instead adopted the organic ways to fertilize our soil. Thus our products are healthy to eat and organic in nature.
