Dragon fruits aren't just delicious to eat but also come with a host of health benefits, and are incredibly versatile too. The aesthetic appearance of the dragon fruit makes it a common feature in desserts, salads, mocktails and smoothies. It can also be enjoyed as a quick and refreshing healthy snack, between meals.
About the Farmer:
After 40 eventful years in corporate world, my wife and I decided to pursue our passion of developing a fruit orchard. Over the last 8 years we have cultivated several exotic fruits in our 6 acre farm located in Masthi village of Kolar district. We lovingly named it “Saatvik Farm” and as the name suggests we use more of natural resources like farm yard manures and Composts to enhance soil and conserve water through rainwater harvesting and drip irrigation. We started with traditional fruits and moved to new age fruits with major health benefits. We are excited to bring our Farm Fresh produce to you through Farmizen!!!
