Dragon fruits aren't just delicious to eat but also come with a host of health benefits, and are incredibly versatile too. The aesthetic appearance of the dragon fruit makes it a common feature in desserts, salads, mocktails and smoothies. It can also be enjoyed as a quick and refreshing healthy snack, between meals.
We bring these dragon fruits from Sandeep Gowda's farm near Yelahanka. These are white pulp fruits. Sandeep started growing dragon fruits in his farm as an experiment which turned out to be a success. Since dragon fruit belongs to cactus family and pest resistant there are no chemicals used in he cultivation.
