Bainganpally mangoes originated in Banganapalle of Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The area got the Geographical Identification tag for this variety in 2017. It was introduced first by Nawabs of Banganapalle. It has oval shape and firm yellow pulp with thin skin. The pulp is deliciously sweet and juicy.This variety is also known as Beneshan, Baneshan, Benishan, Chappatai and Safeda.
We bring to you Bainganpally mangoes from the farms of the highly regarded Jagadeesh Reddy in Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh. He has been following natural farming methods in 40 acres of land. Fruits delivered will be in raw to semi ripe stage. To hasten the ripening you can wrap them in a paper bag and keep. It will turn soft and slight yellowish when ripe. You can press gently to judge ripeness.
