Kesar mango - Organically Grown - 3 KG
Fruits
The
Kesar mango
, often referred to as the “Queen of Mangoes,” is one of the most prized mango varieties grown primarily in the western Indian state of Gujarat, especially in the foothills of the Girnar mountains in the Junagadh and Talala regions. It is renowned for its rich flavor, vibrant saffron-colored flesh, and delightful fragrance that fills the air as soon as it is sliced.
Kesar mangoes are medium-sized, typically weighing between 200 to 300 grams, and have a slightly curved, oblong shape. The skin is smooth, thin, and turns golden-yellow with a light green hue when ripe. Unlike other mangoes that may have fibrous flesh, Kesar mangoes are almost completely fiber-free, offering a silky, smooth, and buttery texture . The pulp is juicy and sweet, with a perfect balance of tanginess and richness that makes it versatile for both eating fresh and using in culinary preparations.
