Alphonso is the king of all mangoes. It has been the subject of love songs and poetry for centuries. It is a native to Maharashtra but due to its popularity it is also grown in some parts of Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. Fruit will be delivered in semi ripe state, please wait for the reddish-yellow skin of the fruit to turn a bright saffron color before you cut and enjoy its creamy, sweet taste.
About Simply Mangoes (in their own words):
In the era of food adulteration, me (Rajesh Reddy) and my dad (Reddeppa Reddy) at "Simply Mangoes" decided to cultivate pesticide free fruit and use only Natural Methods of Fertilizer from Cow/Goat Dung and Neem power in Tree roots.
We use only natural sprays like probiotic buttermilk mixed in water to keep pest free.
This year we have also imported fruit covers and used them; these have given very good fruit quality this year.
And yes, I am a Farmizen customer myself too :)!
