Dindigul Briyani Paste - Homemade - 250 Gm

Ingredients: Onion, oil, ghee, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt spices paste, lemon juice, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and mace
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and soak 250gms of seraga samba rice for 20-30 minutes
Add 250grams of biryani paste to a pressure cooker and cook on low flame for a minute. Add you desire amount of protein (chicken/mushroom/mutton or vegetables) 300 to 500gms and mix with the paste for a two minute
Mix water and soaked biryani rice in a 2:1 ratio. Ensure the salt is correct. Close the lid with a weight and cook 2 to 3 Whistle depending on meat
Once pressure is released, add 2 table spoon of ghee and garnish some leaves and fried onion and serve hot
