Cooking Instructions:
Mix 500gms of chicken or mutton and 150gms of sukka paste thoroughly in a pressure cooker, add 120ml of water to mix it well
Cook for 3 to 5 whistle depending on the white or red meat
Once pressure is released ; add all into the kadai to dry or semi dry to your liking
Adjust to the amount of salt as per your liking and garnish with some curry leaves and serves hot
Ingredients: Onion, tomato, coconut paste, ginger garlic paste, oil, ghee, coconut oil, salt pepper powder, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom, clove, star anise seed, kal pasi, and bay leaves
