Vegetable Pulao Mix powder is very flavourful, aromatic & fresh. The aroma of the biryani seasoned with Avadata Veg Biriyani Masala powder is irresistible.
Pressure Cooker Biryani Recipe:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups (500 g)
Vegetables -250 g
Oil - 5 tbsp
Onion - 2 nos. thinly sliced
Biryani Masala – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
Mint leaves – ½ bunch
Water – 2 ½ cups
Salt to taste
Method: Soak the Basmati Rice in water for 15 minutes & strain the water. Marinate Vegetables with 1 tbsp Avadata Organics Veg Biryani Masala and salt. Heat Oil and add the sliced Onions, sauté till it becomes brown.
Add 2 tbsp Avadata Organics Biryani Masala. Now add marinated Vegetables , soaked Basmati rice and Salt to taste. Add water and mix nicely before closing the cooker. Pressure cook it for 2 whistles and wait till the pressure is gone. Garnish with Coriander & Mint leaves.
Serve hot and enjoy a wholesome meal!
