This is a mother’s recipe to make the good old idli and dosa batter more nutritious and tastier. Yes, we are bringing you this batter made with millets, brahmi and all organic ingredients. The batter is naturally fermented over time, and we do not use any baking soda or artificial ingredients.
This dosa batter is fortified with organic brahmi leaves freshly harvested from our farm. Brahmi is known to have many immune-wellness properties and occupies a special place in Ayurveda.

Foxtail Millet
Brahmi Leaves
Urad Dal
Malnad Red Rice
Channa Dal
Toor Dal
Poha
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
Purified Water
As we do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives, we recommend that you refrigerate the batter as soon as you receive it. When refrigerated, the batter will last for 6-7 days.
