Mridgandha Farm
Urad Dal Split (with skin) - Natural - 500 gm
Staples
Skinned urad dal is creamy white and somewhat bland. When boiled, the dal has an unusual mucilaginous texture. Tempered aromatically, it can be used as an accompaniment to rotis and rice. Ground into flour or paste, it is extensively used in culinary preparations like dosa, idli, vada, and papad.
About Mridgandha Farm:
I (Mrs. Priya Bendrey) was born and brought up on a farm near Pune Maharashtra, in a farmers family. I finished my Masters in Law and pursued my hobby_ Arts/ Paintings as a career. The journey to farming was a bit natural and obvious one for me. I started farming 4,5 years back incorporating natural ways. It was in a very small scale then and soil has welcomed and accepted me now. I am growing vegetables, grains and pulses supplying my produce directly to customers.
The soil has become my soul now!!
