This healthy and refreshing traditional ayurvedic drink made with a combination of dry and flavoured spices. The recipe is typically served as a healing drink especially for those who are suffering from a common cold or sore throat. it provides the necessary warmth and immunity to fight against seasonal flus - in addition it can also be served as a beverage drink.
Ingredients: Black pepper, Coriander seeds, Jeera, Yashthimadhu, Long pepper, Turmeric, Cardamom and Clove
To prepare, you can mix 1 teaspoon in 200 ml water and bring it to boil - keep boiling for some time. If you want add, you can add a bit of jaggery as per your taste preferences. Some people also add milk right at the end.
