Biryani Masala powder is very flavourful, aromatic & fresh. The aroma of the biryani seasoned with Avadata Biriyani Masala powder is irresistible.
Pressure Cooker Chicken Biryani Recipe:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups (500 g)
Chicken-500 g
Oil - 5 tbsp
Onion - 5 nos. thinly sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Tomato - 4 nos. chopped
Biryani Masala - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1½ bunch
Mint leaves - ½ bunch
Water-21½ cups
Salt to taste
Method: Soak the Basmati Rice in water for 30 minutes
& strain the water. Marinate Chicken with 1 tbsp Avadata Organics Biryani Masala and salt. Heat Oil and add the sliced Onions, sauté till it becomes brown. Add the finely chopped Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander & Mint leaves. Add 2 tbsp Avadata Organics Biryani Masala. Now add marinated Chicken pieces, soaked Basmati rice and Salt to taste. Add water and mix nicely before closing the cooker. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles and wait till the pressure is gone. Serve hot and enjoy a wholesome meal!
