Sakinalu is authentic Telangana snack. It's main ingredient is flour made of soaked and dried rice. It is an anytime snack. It tastes too much yummy when eaten along with mashed masala onions. To make mashed masala onions , you need to add little oil, chilli powder ( according to our palate but preferably more spicy for yummines) and salt accordingly to raw cut onions, then mix well and mash this mixture until 20% of onions become mushy.
