Don’t you just love when cherry season rolls around? Our only problem with cherry season is that it just doesn't last quite long enough. I’m sure you’re with us on that one!
I mean, just a few measly weeks each year? Come on! Cherry season should definitely last longer. But since we can't somehow magically extend the length of cherry season, we have instead found a way to make these sweet, fresh cherries last just a tad longer - Jam!!!
We think it will be amazing simply served over one of our toasted breads, or vanilla ice cream or baked into a quick muffin…
Ingredients: Cherries, Raw Mishri, Lemon Juice, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and Kraken Black Spiced Rum (all the alcohol evaporates in the hours of cooking the cherries down)
Shelf life: 6 months refrigerated.
