This is bread that eats barbells for breakfast.
We took fermented soy (aka tempeh), mashed sweet potato, five kinds of seeds, and our signature 24-hour fermented dough — and baked it into a dense, satisfying loaf that fuels you like a protein bar but tastes like… actual food.
There’s no added sugar, no weird powders, no artificial anything. Just grains, seeds, and serious gains.
A peek into our process:
We start with a custom blend of Sharbati and Emmer wheat, mildly sprouted, sundried, and slowly stone-milled at low RPM to preserve nutrients. The dough is fermented for 24 hours with the seeds in it, enriched further with tempeh & sweet potato, and shaped, baked, frozen, and delivered ready to fuel your day.
No fluff.
No filler.
No wheys, or isolates.
Just whole, clean fuel in loaf form.
Ingredients :
Whole wheat flour (Sharbati + Emmer), sweet potato, fermented soy tempeh, ACV, cold-pressed peanut oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, fresh yeast, pink salt.
(Contains gluten, soy, and sesame)
Shelf life : 5 days (Refrigerated)
