Akshaya Grains are short & thin, grain have good cooking quality and taste, This rice variety is similar to Jai Sri Ram rice. This is grown completely chemical free with ZBNF techniques in the farm of Yadhi Reddy. Apart from Akshaya rice he grows desi rice varieties in small scale and vegetables in his land. For soil nourishment he is using jeevamruth, where as for pest control he has been spraying neemastra and dashaparni extracts.
This rice was harvested and milled in Nov 2022. Please use 1:1.5 rice to water ratio to avoid stickiness.
