Palak (Spinach) is a highly nutritious leafy green. It is a rich source of Vitamin A, C and K1, B9 and Folic acid. It is also an excellent source of Iron and Calcium and antioxidants. It is known to be good for the prevention of diabetes, lowering the risk of cancer, and improving bone health.

Rukku, my grandpa said, “I am planting the seed of this mango tree, fruits of which you shall enjoy.” And I did, long after he passed away.
Hi, I am Asha Sundararajan, a passionate environmentalist turned farmer, a life’s journey which went from Mumbai->New York->Bangalore and software developer->educator->entrepreneur->regenerative farmer. Allure Greens is my dream of creating a collective of small spaces dedicated to healthy, self-sustainable food forests. From spinach to lettuce, to 7 types of brinjals, to borage, marigold, tomatoes, exotic veggies to old fashioned healthy greens, Allure Greens is working towards creating a local circular economy. I specialize in composting, aerobic biofertilizers, data analysis, and testing. I am dedicating my work to our future generations, trying to correct for the massive climate change we are leaving behind, and looking forward to an equitable and beautiful future, one acre at a time.
