Ingredients : Black gram with skin, Split Bengal Gram without skin, Dried coconut, Red chillies, Black Sesame, curry leaves, Salt
All ingredients are organic except Bengal Gram.
An authentic spicy mix with organic pulses and organic coconuts to be had with rice or millets. Add ghee or gingelly / sesame oil to your rice / millets, add coconut / thengai paruppu podi and enjoy a delightfully flavourful meal. Made in small batches and roasted in firewood stove to impart a smoky earthen flavour to the meal.
