It's a variety of red rice that was earlier grown exclusively for the Wadiyars or Maharajas of Mysore. It is a rich source of dietary fibre, antioxidants and iron.

Our Ambal Organic Farm (TNO(F) 295) located at Vavidamaruthur near Alanganallur, Madurai in Tamil Nadu, & near Madurai district also. We are planning to expand our area and produces.
