Magic Farms
South Indian Lime Pickle - Homemade - 300 GM
Goodies
MEDIUM JUICY - TANGY - HOT
Made with naturally grown lime of Magic Farms using traditional recipes and ‘lacto fermentation’ technique.
This is an everyday pickle with a tarty - medium hot flavour. It pairs best with paratha, curd rice, kichdi and other Indian dishes.
About Magic Farms:
From its inception in 2012, ‘Magic Farms’ has been an ecology-conscious farm growing regional and seasonal food crops by integrating traditional, natural, and contemporary farming methods. Going beyond just organic standards and procedures, they farm responsibly by practising a ‘zero chemicals’ approach.
On their 40-acres land, there are fruit orchards of lime, chikoo, mango, and seasonal crops particular to the region, such as groundnut, millets, arhar, tur, cowpea, pigeon pea, coriander, and other varieties of pulses. They also grow fresh vegetables like onion, tomato, chillies, beans, and more. They have now added ‘herbs’ to their list of crops, starting with ‘Chamomile’.
