Citron Pickle
This pickle is made from the rare and unique highly medicinal fruit belonging to the citrus family, botanical name Citrus medica. citrus variety fruit. The citron (Citrus medica), is a large fragrant citrus fruit with a thick rind. It is one of the original citrus fruits from which all other citrus types developed through natural hybrid speciation. It tastes mildly sour and mildly bitter with the rind having a sweetish tinge.
The rare homemade pickle has been made using cold-pressed mustard oil and Himalayan rock salt, using a traditional northeastern recipe, and tastes mildly sour and bitter. Like all our pickles it all natural and organic ingredients and contains minimum salt without any preservatives or chemicals. It contains garlic. Refrigeration is recommended for shelf life.
