Lemon pickle is a popular pickle made with lemons cut into pieces and mixed with red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, garlic, fenugreek powder; combined together and store for a period of time. Authentic Lemon Pickle is one spicy tangy pickle that is usually served with curd rice in south India. This pickle will be more oily compared to store bought pickles.
Lemon pickle is one of the few foods that you can “taste” when you are ill and when your sense of taste is dulled. So this is actually recommended to aid digestion and boost immunity
Note : This is Freshly made pickle, Unlike store bought pickle the Lemon pieces may have a tinge of bitterness till the pickle ages for a couple of weeks
