Ingredients:
Finger Millet, Sorghum Millet, Foxtail, Little, Kodo, Barnyard Millet, Red Rice, Wheat, Green Gram, Ground Nut, Nutmeg, Almond, Coconut, Baje, Pista, Dates and Salt
Directions for use:
Mix tablespoons of Sahaja Organics Energy mix in water without lumps, boil over medium flame till the energy mix is well cooked. Use Jaggery & a spoon of Ghee for taste to improve digestion
Or
Add salt & buttermilk/curd to the cooked Sahaja Organics Energy Mix and feed.
Or
Add boiled & mashed vegetables (Carrot, Beetroot, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes)/Fruits (Apple, Banana, Avocados) with the cooked Sahaja Organics Energy Mix along with sweeteners/salt for enhance taste
