Apple Cider Vinegar - Organic - 500 ml

This week we bring to you Apple Cider Vinegar which is unpasteurized, unprocessed, with no water added and made with 100% pure organic apple juice, and with extra “mother” prepared by our partner apple farmer from Himachal, with solar fermentation method and no additives.
The Apple Cider Vinegar you find in supermarket shelves are usually filtered ones. The filtering process removes the vinegar “mother” and any sediment, leaving a clear, amber-colored vinegar. Additionally, it is likely that this vinegar has been pasteurized, which further refines and clarifies it. The problem with this is that all the good live bacteria that our body needs - is removed by this.
The ACV we bring to you will be cloudy, and you will find chunks/sediments of “mother” in it - these strands are rich in proteins, enzymes and gut friendly bacteria. It also has a more complex and better taste than supermarket ACV.
There are several benefits of apple cider vinegar - aids in digestion, alkalizes the body and helps maintain body ph level, boosts immune system, aids in weight loss, helps build good gut bacteria and so on.
This is made out of organically grown apples from Singh Apple Orchard in the Chanshal Valley area in Himachal - we have verified their organic certificate which is valid till 17/12/2020. A new audit has been done and we are awaiting the renewed certificate. The orchard adopted organic practices from March 2013.
