Mango Jam
Mango is a favorite fruit amongst almost anyone we know, and it always creates excitement. Thankfully now that more varieties are available, it seems, there are more phases since they peak at different times. Different varieties also have different qualities, such as sweetness, texture and flavor.
While we all love eating chunks of the fruit just as it is, at the Farmizen <> SproutOG kitchen, we have made a number of recipes incorporating mango, with favorites like the Mango Tea Cake, the Amarakhand and the simple yet irresistible Aamras too.
Our jams aren’t cloyingly sweet, and the chunkiness of mangoes add a delightful warmth and complement the mellow sweetness of the jam. It’s the perfect treat for the end of season.
Ingredients: Mangoes, Mishri, Lemon.
