About the Farmer:
Imtiyaz hussain's farms are located in Balhama village, 12 km away from Srinigar City. The farmer has around 30 walnut trees, 28 almond trees and saffron farms. These farms are regularly manured using the compost prepared inhouse using cow dung, walnut and almond leftover shells. . The almonds and dry fruits from these farms are rich in nutrition, chemical free and are loaded with oil contents in purest form. They are stored in traditional wooden containers, dried using air driers, vacuum packed, completely preservative and moisture free to ensure their longevity. Saffron is hand picked by the family, simply sundried and packed for delivery hence free from adulteration, artificial fragrances and fillers.
