This isn’t your average roadside sattu.
We start with whole chickpeas—washed, mildly sprouted, and sun-dried like they’re on a wellness retreat.
Then, we slow-roast them just right (not burnt, not raw) in the traditional way.
Finally, they’re ground fresh in our natural stone mills, rotating at a grandma-approved 90 RPM, preserving all that deep nutty flavor and nutrition.
No white pea or other filler nonsense. No shortcuts. No bitterness.
Just creamy, rich, sattvic sattu that works in sweet, Savoury, drinkable, rollable, roast able forms.
Think protein-packed summer coolers, paratha fillings, laddus, or even energy bars. If you’re doing it with sattu, you deserve the real thing.
Freshly milled and vacuum-packed in 1kg packs.
Shelf life: 6 months in an airtight container, stored in a cool, dark place.
