Kameshwar Singh Kushwaha
Himsagar Mango - Organicaly Grown - 1 KG
Fruits
The Himsagar mango, a thin-skinned mango, is characterised by complete absence of fibre, pleasant aroma and unparalleled sweetness. Quite difficult to find outside Bengal, where it is immensely popular !
To a Bengali, there is little argument on the fact that the mango is the king of fruits, but which of the many types is the ruler among the lot often causes debate. There is the age-old debate of the Himsagar versus the Langra.
It originated in Rajshahi, located in present day Bangladesh, and is known as the champagne of mangos. While it is mainly grown in Murshidabad in West Bengal, this lot is grown in Bihar.
About the farmer:
Kameshwar singh is a small farmer from Bhagwanpur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. He is practicing natural farming & cultivates different varieties of mangoes.
