Galgal or Hill Lemon is one of the richest sources of vitamin C, which helps in weight management and high blood pressure. Being rich in fiber, it is very good for our digestion. Galgal helps to keep our body hydrated and supplies a good amount of potassium in our body which is good for maintaining a healthy level of blood pressure.
Some 27 species of citrus grow in India. Galgal is more commonly found in northwestern foothills of the Himalayas, including Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Ingredients : Galgal, desi khand, salt, dal chini, kaali mirch, kashmiri mirch, degi mirch, saunf, tej patta, jaifal.
