Contrary to what you may have thought, the name Elaichi or Yelakki has been given to these bananas because of their small size and not the flovor
Note on Ripening : At Farmizen we don't use artificial ripening agents to ripen the Bananas, so Bananas will be shipped Semi ripe state, to ripen these quickly place bananas in a brown paper bag and close loosely. Natural ethylene will build up and circulate within the bag, speeding up the ripening process. Place a ripe fruit such as an apple or tomato in the bag as well to speed up this process.
