Ingredients : Organic Certified Wheat Flour, Millet Flour, Salt & Bean Flour
Cooking Instruction :
Step -1
Take a pack of Nature's choice millet noodles (here we have taken Nature's choice Multi Millet noodles)
Step -2
Boil water with a tablespoon of oil , after boiling add the noodle to it , allow it to cook for 3 to 4 mins,
Drain the water and wash it with cold water, Keep it aside
Step -3
Chop vegetables of your choice and keep ready (Here we have used Cabbage, Carrot,Tomato, Beans and Onion)
Step -4
Now take a pan heat oil, add chopped onions and tomato with required salt , once onion is cooked add the veggies and fry them
Step-5
Add the taste maker (Both normal and spicy based on your preference) and a table spoon of soya sauce and tomato sauce(both optional) and saute for a minute.
Now add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix it thoroughly for a minute ,
Yummy Millet vegetable noodles is ready and serve hot with ketchup.

Ammaji Organic farm is a 2.5 acre multilayered farm located in Pattavarthiayyampalayam village, Sathyamangalam. Run by Raja Lingam who started agriculture after graduation, local varieties of Banana's, Turmeric, Pulses, Grains and Sugar cane are grown on the farm using panchangavya. All farm inputs come from own Goshala which has 30 cows of Indian breeds like Kangeyam, Tharparkar, Sahiwal and Gir .
