This aromatic desi cow ghee is prepared with conventional method of hand churning desi cow curd. Because of this method probiotic properties are added to ghee which makes it one of the healthiest fats in the world.

About Mathruka:
Mathruka was founded by a family from Irudhalam, a village near Bangalore. For more than 6 generations their motto has been “in harmony with nature” and these values have been passed down through generations and is also embodied in their products. Established over 300 years ago, the farm is nestled on the banks of a perennial lake, abutting green forest land and surrounded by rolling hills. The farm location provides ample free grazing area for the cows thus ensuring that they are active, healthy and happy. The cows are reared in a completely stress free environment and as per ancient traditions. The mother cows are fed natural stream water, graze freely in the forests rich in medicinal herbs and the feed supplement consists of organic grass grown in the same farm.
