COOKING INSTRUCTION
Heat 2 tsp of ghee/edible oil in vessel, add 3½ cups of water and allow it to boil and slowly pour 1 cup of Millet Upma mix into the boiling water and stir to avoid lumps until it becomes pasty.
Cook on a medium flame with a lid for 6-8 minutes. Opt: Add steamed veggies at this point.
Serve it hot. To enhance the taste, add 2 tsp of ghee and garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
