Alphonso!!! One of the most sought after mangoes in the world. We decided to bottle our ‘mangoes’ and made a jam out of them. Indulge in the sweet embrace, vibrant essence of ripe, juicy Alphonso Mangoes. Spread this golden goodness on warm toast, or dollop it over freshly baked scones for a fruity twist.
For a more traditional twist it can also be used on Rotis, puris, mixed into milk to make a milk shake or served with curd garnish with some nuts. It being from bottled, you can rest assured of its quality and taste. We’d love to know how you used yours.
Ingredients: Alphonso mangoes, Nolan Gur, Pink Himalayan Salt
Shelf Life: 3 months (under -6°C). 4 weeks once opened (under refrigeration)
