COOKING INSTRUCTION
For 1 cup of Millet Dosa Mix, add 1% cup of water, mix well and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes. Add more water if the batter is thick
Spread sufficient batter on the preheated dosa pan and add ghee/edible oil on the side, roast till golden brown.
Serve hot with Chutney/ Curry/ Sambar.
