We are offering this salad with the following certified organic ingredients:
- Microgreens - Mix of at least 4 varieties of our organically grown microgreens
- Tender greens – Mix of 2-3 varieties of tender greens (e.g., kale, basil, baby spinach, arugula)
- Fruits – Mix of 2-3 varieties of farm fresh fruits (e.g., guava, chiku, pomegranate, semi-ripe papaya, dry grapes)
- Slow roasted seeds & nuts – Mix of 2-3 varieties of nuts and seeds (e.g., peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds)
