July Elberta (Kim Elberta) is a medium round fruit with dull red streaks over greenish-yellow skin. The yellow fruit is firm, fine-grained and very good flavor.
It's an heirloom variety from the 1870s, adorned with profuse, fragrant, pink blossoms in early-mid spring. They are followed by large, yellow freestone peaches, flushed with red in mid-late summer.
The peaches are excellent for fresh eating, desserts, canning, freezing and jam.

Singh Apple Orchard was established in 1969 and in their own words - believes in “doing it right when no one is looking”. The orchard has been visited by several luminaries including Padmashri Subhash Palekar and Joginder and his team have been playing an instrumental role in spreading organic farming practices in the region.
